Breakfast - Daily 9am-10am serving fresh muffins, cereal, juice, fruit, cheese, coffee and tea. Open to anyone aged 55 and older.

Elder Law - Assists members and community residents  with Wills and Estates, Health Care directives, Medicare/Medicaid issues and other legal matters.

Lunch -  A hot, nutritious meal served to members and guests aged 55 and older.  Sponsored daily by The Modern Maturity Center of Dover.

Meals on Wheels - Delivers home-bound individuals with a daily, hot nutritious meal.

Outreach Worker - Provides information, referral services and entitlement screening for members and other community residents aged 55 and older.

Quilting  -Quilts completed upon request for members and community residents.  Volunteers provide the service and revenues generated support  Milford Senior Center.

Transportation - Buses provide daily transport to and from the Milford Senior Center and for recreational outings, shopping, medical appointments, prescription pick-ups and  educational trips

Trips and Outings - Local day and evening, overnight and out-of-town  trips to recreational and educational places of interest.

Wellness - Blue Cross Exercise Program, Blood Pressure Checks and Hearing Tests. These are free health screenings for individuals aged 55 and older.  Referrals are made as needed.
